2023 Fall Council Meeting

Brothers,

This is your official notification that the 2023 Third District Fall Council Meeting will occur on Friday, October 6 & Saturday, October 7, 2023, beginning at 7:00 p.m. Friday evening and ending 4:00 p.m. on Saturday. Our venue is the Hilton Mark Center, Alexandria and hosted by Pi Lambda Lambda Chapter.  This is also the site of the 91^st Third District Meeting April 4 – 7, 2024. To participate, each Brother is required to pre-register for the annual meeting. There is a nominal fee of $45.00 to register for the Fall Council meeting.  The purpose of this nominal fee is to offset current inflation reflected in the cost of doing business post-pandemic.  Your registration fee will cover Friday evening hospitality including hot food and choice of beverages; a hot buffet lunch on Saturday; and beverage service (coffee, tea, water) during the official meeting.  Once you complete your registration,  you will receive a Hilton lodging link to reserve your room for Friday evening,  October 6, 2023 via your email.   We urge you to make your reservation immediately upon receipt due to the limited room block size of 100 rooms for one night at a discounted rate of $169. If the interest exists, and this block is exhausted,  we may be able to negotiate additional rooms at this price. The first 100 Brothers who reserve a room for Friday night will be eligible for a drawing for 1 of two free 91^st Third District Meeting registrations given away at the end of the Fall Council Meeting.

           Day Two- Fall Council Meeting

• Date - Saturday, October 7, 2023
• Time - 8 am - 4 pm
•  Includes a hot buffet lunch
•  Beverage service throughout the day
