92nd Annual Third District Meeting Vendor Registration

Dear Vendors, Friends of Omega,

The Brothers of the Third District, Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. are proud to announce our 92nd Annual Third District Meeting in Richmond, Virginia at the DoubleTree by Hilton, 1021 Kroger Blvd, Richmond, Virginia, 23235.  We are inviting you to connect with our membership as a participating vendor.  As you know, vendors, along with the quality and relevance of their merchandise, products, and services, play a significant role in the success of any conference or event.  You will be able to build relationships and launch new products and services.  In addition, our event is a great opportunity for you to share your products and/or services with hundreds of participants, who will participate on site.

Key vendor-related information for this event is reflected below:

Event dates: April 9 - April 13, 2025

Expected attendance: We are expecting over 500 attendees, including Omega Men and our guests, aged

18 and over. 

Site Set Up: Each vendor will be provided up to two (2) tables at a cost of $350.00, and will be responsible for discarding their trash, keeping their area neat, and facilitating easy egress for guests down each aisle.  Additional tables are available upon request at a rate of $100 each.
