2021 Vendors Registration (CLOSED)

Dear Vendors, Friends of Omega,

I District Representative, Brother Conrado B. Morgan, along with the District Marshal, Brother Terry Lee, as well as the Brothers of the Third District, Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. are proud to announce our 88^th District Meeting.  We are inviting you to connect with our membership as a participating vendor.  As you know, vendors, along with the quality and relevance of their merchandise, products and services, play a significant role in the success of any conference or event.  You will be able to build relationships and launch new products and services.  In addition, our event is a great opportunity for you to share your products and/or services with hundreds of participants, who will participate nationwide.  Key vendor-related information for ours is reflect below.

Event dates:                   Friday, Saturday and Sunday morning, May 21 - 23, 2021

Event location:               Virtual Experience 

Expected attendance: We are expecting over 300 attendees, aged 18 and over (all Omega Men).  Please be aware, there is much interest in this conference and other Districts are looking at what we are doing.  Thus, you will gain valuable experience and exposure from participating.

Virtual Vending Cost: A very reasonable $50 fee that covers four days, beginning at 12noon on May 21 (day before official event start date) and ending Sunday May 23 at noon.

A/V equipment and electronic needs: Each vendor will be required to access the virtual platform using their own electronic device(s).

Set up: Each vendor will be assigned to the event landing page.  At the landing page, you may provide a link to access your website and/or a video to link to.  Please also provide your logo (600x600) and a description of the type of product and/or service you offer.  We will categorize companies to make it easier for our Omega Brothers to identify your offered product/service.  We encourage vendors to provide discount codes if you wish to offer a price cut.  Further, we are offering an opportunity to buy an advertisement in our virtual souvenir journal ($75 for a full-page advertisement) and/or have your company featured on the Third District webpage, at a cost of $500. The souvenir journal will be archived and available to Omega Brothers for as long as we continue our current website. The Third District website fee provides year-round 24-hour visibility for five consecutive years.  The website has recorded approximately 600,000+ views since inception.

Attached is an application of interest.  Please complete it and email it back to Purcell if you are interested in participating at our upcoming May Meeting.  Registration and payments will be electronic only and can be found on the Third District website at www.3rddistrictques.org.  The Souvenir Journal and Website advertisement information and sign up can also be found on the Third District website.

Vendor Registration must be submitted along with payment online at www.3rddistrictques.org by April 21, 2021.
