90th Annual Third District Meeting Vendor Registration

Dear Vendors, Friends of Omega,

 

I District Representative, Brother Conrado B. Morgan, along with the District Marshal, Brother Craig L. Branch, as well as the Brothers of the Third District, Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. are proud to announce our 90th Annual Third District Meeting in Richmond VA at the Omni Richmond Hotel at 100 S. 12th St., Richmond, VA 23219.  We are inviting you to connect with our membership as a participating vendor.  As you know, vendors, along with the quality and relevance of their merchandise, products, and services, play a significant role in the success of any conference or event.  You will be able to build relationships and launch new products and services.  In addition, our event is a great opportunity for you to share your products and/or services with hundreds of participants, who will participate on site.

 

Key vendor-related information for this event is reflected below:

 

Event dates: Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, March 30 - April 1, 2023

 

Expected attendance: We are expecting over 500 attendees, aged 18 and over

 

Omega Men and our guest.  Please be aware, there is much interest in this conference and other Districts are looking at what we are doing.  Thus, you will gain valuable experience and exposure from participating.

 

Site Set Up: Each vendor will be provided up to two (2) tables at a cost of $300.00, and will be responsible for discarding their trash, keeping their area neat, and facilitating easy egress for guests down each aisle.  Vendor Business can transpire Thursday 11am-8pm; Friday and Saturday 7am-8pm.

Vendor Registration must be submitted along with payment online by February 24, 2023.
