91st Annual Third District Meeting Vendor Registration

Dear Vendors, Friends of Omega,

The 31st Third District Representative, Brother Shawn R. Lacey, along with the District Marshal, Brother Eddie A. Stephens, Jr., and the Brothers of the Third District, Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. are proud to announce our 91 st Annual Third District Meeting in Alexandria, Virginia at the Hilton Alexandria Mark Center, 5000 Seminary Road, Alexandria, Virginia, 22311.  We are inviting you to connect with our membership as a participating vendor.  As you know, vendors, along with the quality and relevance of their merchandise, products, and services, play a significant role in the success of any conference or event.  You will be able to build relationships and launch new products and services.  In addition, our event is a great opportunity for you to share your products and/or services with hundreds of participants, who will participate on site.

Key vendor-related information for this event is reflected below:

Event dates: Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, Sunday, April 4, 2024 - April 7, 2024

Expected attendance: We are expecting over 500 attendees, including Omega Men and our guests, aged

18 and over. 

Third District meetings normally generate large groups and increased customer traffic. However, we expect larger than normal traffic due to the location of the venue – just 9 miles south of the District of Columbia, right off Interstate 395.  It is within five miles of Pentagon City, Old Town Alexandria and just

four miles from Ronald Reagan Airport and King Street Metro stations. The local area features a dense population of Divine Nine Chapters and several undergraduate and graduate universities. We believe this opportunity for customer traffic and exposure is invaluable for vendors serving this demographic.

Site Set Up: Each vendor will be provided up to two (2) tables at a cost of $300.00, and will be responsible for discarding their trash, keeping their area neat, and facilitating easy egress for guests down each aisle.  Additional tables are available upon request at a rate of $100 each.
