Greetings Brothers, Quettes, and friends of the Third District, the Birthplace of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. I greet you in the name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. It is with great enthusiasm that I invite all of you to join us for the 93rd Annual Third District Meeting from April 9 - April 12, 2026. Our host, Gamma Xi Chapter from Virginia Beach, Virginia, are eagerly preparing to welcome us at the Holiday Inn Virginia Beach-Norfolk Hotel and Conference Center.

There is an explosive and fun schedule planned, and I am confident we will be highly productive in all our endeavors during this meeting. Also, this will be a wonderful opportunity to reconnect with old friends, strengthen our Brotherly bonds, and create new friendships and relationships. While our primary purpose is to conduct the business of the Third District of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., I am most excited about the state of the Mighty Third District and Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. as a whole.

There are several brothers that will be looking for leadership positions as District Officers in the Mighty Third District. Also, there will be brothers who are running for positions as Grand Officers at this meeting. Therefore, this meeting is and will be the launching pad for many of our leaders to enhance the future of our fraternity.

In addition, we will take full advantage of the opportunity to engage with our local and regional elected leaders, partner organizations, and leaders from the Divine Nine. We are also expecting members of the Supreme Council, International Headquarters Staff, visiting Brothers from other Districts, and other distinguished guests to join us.

I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Brother John Jesup, the 2026 District Marshal, and the Third District Planning Committee, along with the Gamma Xi Chapter, for their dedication and tireless efforts in ensuring the success of the 93 rd Annual Third District Meeting.

On behalf of our 31st Third District Representative, Brother Shawn R. Lacey, and the Brothers of Gamma Xi Chapter, I welcome you to the registration page for the 93rd Annual Third District Meeting. The district meeting is scheduled for April 9 – April 12, 2026 at the Holiday Inn Virginia Beach-Norfolk Hotel and Conference Center., Virginia Beach, VA. It is truly our pleasure to serve as your hosts, and we extend our warm hospitality to all attendees.

The 93rd Annual Third District Meeting will be held in Virginia Beach, Virginia, and the Brothers of Gamma Xi Chapter are working diligently to ensure a successful meeting where each participant leaves with valuable insights and new connections. The staff of our host hotel, the Holiday Inn Virginia Beach-Norfolk Hotel and Conference Center, are also doing everything they can to make your stay comfortable. We look forward to welcoming you.

While we prepare to conduct the business of Omega, we are also planning a number of exciting activities, including a golf tournament, a social action event, reclamation & retention opportunities, a step show, and multiple chances for fraternal fellowship.

Registration for the 93rd Annual Third District Meeting will feature three primary tiers: super early bird, early bird, and regular fees. I encourage you to take advantage of the reduced rates by registering early. The super early bird period will be from August 25, 2025 at 19:11PM. The early bird registration will start with the 186th registration. Regular registration will start with the 261 st registration and remain open until the close of registration which will be communicated to the district as soon as possible. You can register online at www.3rddistrictques.org. You will receive a hotel registration link once you have completed your registration for the meeting.

**Note: All visiting Brothers must be financial and gain approval from the 31st Third District Representative, Bro. Shawn R. Lacey, prior to beginning the registration process.
