On behalf of our 31st Third District Representative, Brother Shawn R. Lacey, and the Brothers of Upsilon Nu Chapter, I welcome you to the registration page for the 92nd Annual Third District Meeting. The district meeting is scheduled for April 10 – April 13, 2025, at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel in Midlothian, Virginia. It is truly our pleasure to serve as your hosts, and we extend our warm hospitality to all attendees. 

The 92nd Annual Third District Meeting will be held in Richmond, Virginia, and the Brothers of Upsilon Nu are working diligently to ensure a successful meeting where each participant leaves with valuable insights and new connections. The staff of our host hotel, the DoubleTree by Hilton in Midlothian, are also doing everything they can to make your stay comfortable. We look forward to welcoming you. 

While we prepare to conduct the business of Omega, we are also planning a number of exciting activities, including a golf tournament, a social action event, reclamation & retention opportunities, a step show, and multiple chances for fraternal fellowship. The DoubleTree by Hilton is located in the heart of Midlothian, just outside of Richmond, providing easy access to various dining and entertainment venues.

Registration for the 92nd Third District Meeting will feature three primary tiers: super early bird, early bird, and regular fees based on calendar dates. I encourage you to take advantage of the reduced rates by registering early. The super early bird period will be from September 28, 2024 – November 17, 2024. The early bird period will run from November 18, 2024, until the Third District Winter Council on January 13, 2025. Regular registration will begin on January 14, 2025, and remain open until the close of registration on March 5, 2025. You can register online at www.3rddistrictques.org or use the link below. 

To register, Brothers who are financial in the Third District should visit the registration website, scroll to the LOGIN section at the bottom of the page, and enter their Third District credentials (Control # and password). THERE IS NO PROMO CODE. If you don’t know your password, click the “forgot password” link to reset it. Return to the page and complete your registration. If you continue to experience issues, please contact your CHAPTER KRS, as they are the only ones besides you who can reset your password. Upon successful 92nd Annual Third District Meeting Website registration, you will receive a hotel reservation link with your receipt. 

Visiting Brothers should follow the designated link below and adhere to the instructions on the target page. Once you provide the required information, we will send you a registration link for both the meeting and hotel accommodations.
